Hi I’m Lauren and I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor.

I have been working in the industry for the last 10 years and have helped hundreds of people improve their fitness and their lifestyle.

My personal training sessions are available for all ages and abilities and are tailored to the individual. I believe that working out should be fun, hard work, but ultimately fun.

I specialise in weight loss and have a proven track record at getting results. However, I do work with people with other goals and targets.

Hi my names Sian, and I’m a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer. I enjoy 1 to 1 personal training, however I’m more of a group PT kind of girl. I love to see clients learn from one another and enjoy each others energy and motivation. I’m just generally here to see members achieving their goals and having a smile on their face after they leave the gym from a great session.
