Hi I’m Lauren and I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor.

I have been working in the industry for the last 10 years and have helped hundreds of people improve their fitness and their lifestyle.

My personal training sessions are available for all ages and abilities and are tailored to the individual. I believe that working out should be fun, hard work, but ultimately fun.

I specialise in weight loss and have a proven track record at getting results. However, I do work with people with other goals and targets.

Hi I'm Ed! I come from a Strength & Conditioning background and have a masters degree in the field.

I've worked with athletes at amateur, semi-professional and professional level in multiple sports at both junior and senior levels.

My passion is to help people firstly move well and then layer strength and power upon good movement!

I also have a keen interest in late stage rehabilitation and return to play following sports injury.

I have years of experience teaching classes from ((BOUNCE)) to Circuits and I am looking forward to bringing more classes to OJ.

I have been training in the gym myself for a number of years and have an interest in muscle gain, rehabilitation and strength training.
